Warhammer®:
Mark of Chaos™
Black Hole developed Warhammer®:
Mark of Chaos™, a new real time strategy game based on Game's
Workshop's original table-top classic, for the
PC. Namco Bandai America published the game in November, 2006.

THE WARHAMMER WORLD
Suffused with corrupting magical energy, torn apart by battle and
doomed to an eternity of war, the Warhammer world teeters upon the
brink of utter annihilation. It is a grim, unforgiving world where
every creature must strive for survival. It is a world where magic
and superstition blot out all hope of a better future, where peace
and enlightenment are not even distant dreams. Wars are fought with
faith as much as steel, as bloodthirsty gods hunger for souls, while
the lives of mortals are but brief flickers of light against an
everlasting inferno of slaughter. It is a dark age, a bloody age,
where the mighty rule and destroy the weak. It is an age for
conquerors, sorcerers and heroes. These are the End Times.
Though humanity is the most populous race,
mankind shares this world with many strange and dangerous creatures,
and men are far from united against the perils they face. In the
dark forests and gale-swept mountains, goblins dig their dank lairs,
plotting their constant raids. Brutal Orcs - green-skinned brutes
who thrive on war - sweep across nations in devastating invasions.
Unseen by human eyes, beneath the surface, the Under-Empire of the
Skaven gnaws through the earth, its rat-like inhabitants harboring
dreams of domination and decay.
Yet, humanity is not without its
allies. In their mountain strongholds the Dwarfs still cling to
their stubborn existence, though the empire they built now lies
shattered and overrun. In the midst of the
Great
Ocean
, the High Elves live upon the mystical isle of Ulthuan, wreathed in
enchantments, possessors of the most ancient magic and wisdom.

Armies
of Exigo
Armies
of Exigo was published by Electronic Arts in 2004. It is a 3D
real-time strategy game set in a fantasy world.
Worlds
collide in Exigo, where boundaries are broken and war is
waged both above and below the ground. This game takes strategy to
new depths as elves, beasts, knights, and creatures of the darkness
clash in an epic battle for survival.

In the world of Exigo, where peace and prosperity have
reigned for years, the empires of man and beast face their greatest
threat yet. A sinister force known as The Fallen has awaken to
strike from the underground, where the beasts and humans would least
expect.
Players
control massive armies, wage wars in forests and river valleys of
the surface, and descend into the caverns and catacombs of the
underworld to face the dark evil.
Armies on all sides will have the ability to delve deep underground
traveling unseen or to burrow up to the surface to unleash powerful
attacks. Players have to devise new strategies for combat and
defense as attacks can come from any directions.
Command
the heavily fortified Empire race, and control an army of knights,
dwarves, elves and gnomes. Ravage the plains with the nomadic Beast
race, leading tribes of ogres, trolls and other fantastic creatures.
Emerge from deep to consume the world of light with The Fallen race
-- a powerful force of dark elves, fallen warriors, swarming insects
and other horrific creatures of the dark.
Players
can embark on an epic single player campaign to save the world of Exigo
from the evil that threatens to plunge the world into darkness. They
may also choose to go online for massive multiplayer skirmishes with
up to eight players. Here they strive to conquer the surface and
underworld, which can only be achieved through a balance of military
might and strategic alliances.
FEATURES:
CONTROL
ANY OF THREE DIFFERENT ARMIES: The Empire (knights, wizards,
elves), The Beast (ogres, trolls, lizardmen), and The Fallen (dark
elves, fallen knights and creatures of the deep).
WAGE WAR ON TWO FRONTS SIMULTANEOUSLY - above and below the
surface - with a unique dual layered map system.
ENJOY THE STUNNING 3D VISUALS that
bring the characters and environments to life.
IMMERSE YOURSELF IN A FULLY INTERACTIVE WORLD: destroy
bridges and dig tunnels from the surface into the caverns below.
ENGAGE THE ENEMY with an army of up to 200 units for massive
real time battles.
CHANGE THE LANDSCAPE of both the surface and underground by
deploying units, such as Miners, and casting spells, such as
Earthquake and Volcano.

part campaign and skirmish mode to battle computer-controlled
players.

of four multiplayer modes: Melee, King of the Hill, Mission, and
Free-for-all.
